Delivery and Shipping

We at Bigtroly.com are committed to make sure that your order reaches you in high quality packaging and on time. At Bigtroly.com it is our registered sellers that are responsible to pursue all the packaging and shipping requirements upon a confirmation of an order. We define stringent requirements to which each and every one of our registered seller is expected to adhere to. For instance, our sellers are expected to ship through the week except on Sundays and Public holidays.

To make sure that the products reach to our customers in good condition and within the shortest possible lead time, we make sure that our registered sellers’ ship through reputed agencies only.

  • Depending on the city you belong to most items are delivered within 3-5 working days. In some cases we may take up to 7 working days. Shipping details and timelines are communicated with all customers at the time of placing an order.
  • In an unlikely event that we are unable to ship to your order within the stipulated time frame, the pending unshipped order will be canceled and an email will be sent to you informing you about the same.
  • In such cases the unshipped part of that order will be refunded to you.
  • If all your orders are placed through a single registered seller, attempts are made to deliver all your items together. However, this is not always logistically viable.
